Tetrazepam dosage
The indicated adult dose for muscle spasm is 50 mg three to four times per day, increased if necessary to a maximum of 800mg per day, in divided doses. Tetrazepam is only available in one strength and formulation, 50mg tablets. This dose is approximately equivalent to 5-7.5mg oral diazepam.
